Martin S Ryan, CP, FAAOP Certified Prosthetist,

General Manager of Clinical Operations

Marty Ryan serves as the general manager of clinical operations for Physiotherapy Associates Wisconsin O&P region. He has provided comprehensive prosthetic services to the Fox Valley for over 20 years. Marty is also one of only a few practitioners in the state to hold the highest distinction as a fellow in the Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics, FAAOP.

Bruce A Russell, CO, CPed
Certified Orthotist and Pedorthist

Bruce Russell is an American Board Certified Orthotist and Pedorthist who has provided upper limb, lower limb and spinal braces in the Fox Valley since 1999. His advanced training was developed as a staff Orthotist at the University of Wisconsin and Minnesota Hospitals and Clinics.

Jill Rusecki, CPO
Certified Prosthetist, Orthotist and Mastectomy Fitter
Facility Director

Jill serves as the clinic director for the Kenosha office. She specializes in lower-extremity prosthetics, all types of orthoses and post-mastectomy care. She is a Board Certified Prosthetist and has completed her Board Certification in Orthotics.

Richard Selsberg, LO, CFO

Certified Fitter in Orthotics

Richard has been providing orthotic services to patients in the Kenosha area for over 35 years. He is an ABC registered orthotic fitter and is a licensed Orthotist in Illinois. During the Vietnam Conflict, Richard provided orthotic services to the Great Lakes Naval Hospital , and has provided services to the disabled at the Southern Wisconsin Center for 35 years.

Jane Wolking, CP, FAAOP

Jane serves as the clinic director for the Madison office. She is a certified and experienced provider of prosthetic services for all levels of upper and lower-extremity amputations. She has advanced certifications in many specialties. Jane earned her Technical and Practical Certificates at Century College, MN. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Metro State University, and she achieved ABC Certification in 1992 and Fellow status in 1999.

Angela Longmore, CO
Certified Orthotist

Angela Longmore provides spinal and upper and lower -extremity orthotics to clients of all ages. Angela has advanced certifications in several specialties and was a lecturer for Andrew’s University Physical Therapy Master’s Program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and received her orthotic certificate in 1996 from Northwestern University. She became ABC certified in orthotics in 1998 and BOC certified in prosthetics in 2001.

John Mooney, CPO
Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist
Facility Director

John has taken continuing education programs on a regular basis, with certifications in the fittings of RGO’s; C-Leg; Harmony; myoelectric prosthetics and other specialties. He currently attends amputee clinics at St. Joseph’s and Froedtert Hospitals; which allow him to keep up on current trends in the field, as well as providing valuable consultation services. John also lectures for the Physical and Occupational Therapy program at Concordia University and Mount Mary College.

Charles Hall, CO
Certified Orthotist

Charles is certified in orthotics by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics. He trained at William Beaumont Army medical Center in El Paso, Texas, from 1971-1972. He completed specialized training in spinal orthotics at the House of Bidwell and graduated from Northwestern Medical University’s Orthotic Program.

Dick Hubertus, CO
Certified Orthotist

Richard Hubertus, CO, is certified in Orthotics by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and postgraduate Orthotic education at Northwestern University.
